These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of AssetFlow Pro, Mail Migration, and any other product made available by [Legal Entity Name, e.g. "Akaay Technologies Pvt. Ltd."] ("Akaay", "we", "us"), a company registered at [Registered Business Address], GSTIN [GSTIN]. By creating an account, requesting a demo, or using any Akaay product, you agree to these Terms.
Akaay provides two subscription/paid products:
We may add, change, or discontinue features of either product, and will give reasonable notice before any change that materially reduces the functionality you are paying for.
You must provide accurate company and contact details when signing up. Each account is assigned to a plan (Starter, Growth, Enterprise for AssetFlow Pro; Essentials, Business, Enterprise for Mail Migration) that determines price, usage limits, and included features, as shown on our Pricing page at the time of purchase. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping login credentials confidential.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway (currently [Razorpay / PayU — to be finalized]). We do not store your card details. AssetFlow Pro subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date; Mail Migration charges are one-time and due before migration work begins. Prices shown are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.

You agree not to use Akaay products to store or process unlawful content, to attempt to breach another tenant's data isolation, to reverse-engineer the platform, or to resell access without our written consent. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
You retain ownership of the data you enter into AssetFlow Pro or submit for migration. Akaay's platform is built with per-company (multi-tenant) data isolation; we do not access your data except as needed to provide support you request or as required by law.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. [Add specific SLA terms here if/when an SLA is offered, e.g. for Enterprise plans.]
To the extent permitted by law, Akaay's liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or breach of these Terms, with notice where practical.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country, e.g. "India"], and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City, e.g. "Mumbai"].
